TruGem Equestrian offers 5* Full Service Livery, Rider Training at all levels, Training & Schooling for your horse, Riding Clinics and Horse Transport. We are located in the heart of the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, close to many competition centres and offer superb facilities on a yard with a relaxed, friendly, welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. 

We host events including specialised clinics, fun rides and BBQs but the yard is open to our clients at all times to just be their around the horses and their friends. We want people to feel at home in our home. We are less than an hour away from Competition Centres including: Hickstead, Blenheim, Badminton, Addington Manor, Cherwell, Bury Farm, Aston Lewalls and close to Polo Clubs: Marco Polo, Kirtington and Oxford Polo.

Professional, Highly Experienced Trainers and Instructors

Our facilities are owned by Goesta and Cili Asker.  Goesta has a lifetime’s experience of international show jumping, both as an active rider and as a trainer. Goesta was the Chef d’equipe for the Swedish team during 2010 Super league campaign. He came to the UK from his native Sweden in 1974 and has lived in this area ever since. Cili came from Norway in 1978, represented her country at Young Rider level in show jumping. Cili has been involved in training and producing numerous good quality horses.  Goesta and Cili are always around the yard and keen to advise and pass on knowledge to TruGem clients. 

Our trainers include Clara Loupias. Clara is a professional rider and coach who started her career in France, riding in national circuit competitions.  She has, over the last ten years, coached riders and horses of all levels, from youngsters to expert level including working for famous riders and teams such as Philippaerts in Belgium, René Lopez, Caroline Nicolas, Simon Delestre, Jérôme Hurel in France and Christophe Barbeau in Switzerland.

She specialises in Show Jumping but can coach and ride in all disciplines. Clara is my coach and a friend who has the patience of a saint but also the drive to make things happen, we are very lucky to have her here at TruGem

We have some fantastic facilities
available to all our clients including: 

Indoor arena 30 x 45 m with training mirrors meaning you are able to take lessons at anytime and in any weather. Lunging pen, Grass jumping field, Full size polo field with clubhouse, Approximately 55 acres of paddocks with hedging and safe fencing. All weather group or individual turn out. Club room with shower, toilet and kitchen, Horse Walker, Safe and secure tack room, Rubber floored wash down areas , security cameras, senior member of staff living on site doing late night checks, All stables are rubber floored with anti dust wood chips automatic drinkers, On site horse box parking.
